Diversity

Today, we have a hiring event to make applicants understand 
our business , culture and so on.

25 students attended and they challenged to the discussion 
as a screening step.

Some groups discussed " the Diversity " even though 
they could choose other easier topics, so I explained them 
after that session as follows.

In US, the company is required to hire, encourage and promote 
the people who is NOT strong in the business organization like female, 
aged, handicapped or foreigner, but it makes "the Diversity" . 
So there is a difference between US and Japan.

Anyway, in my opinion , in reality , the organization 
which management team always respect their staff as a individual 
is the real diversified organization.

In these organizations, staff can insist their idea and contradict 
their boss, but there is the fair discussion with NO penalty.

I think anyone can work at  these company 
regardless his/her gender , age , language.
